KFC - Idamanku Selalu

U know what?On that day when my family including me went 4 a vacation (not the vacation actually coz the main objective we went to Kch was to send my youngest sis 4 college registration), so now i want tell u a story, i don't care people will agree with me or not (my younger sis is the one who argued my opinion) but i'm not really assent about what has happened.

What do u think about 'Customer is always right?' Is it appropriate and relevant 2 use the principle or motto or whatever it is called? It was happened at one of the KFC Fast Food Restaurant in Kch. What did i not accept n agree with is the cashier used the principle to other customers b4 me in queue about the changing parts of fried chicken that customers wanted. They didn't want drumstick/wings chickens, so the cashier had followed the rules (roger and out) n gave whatever customers wanted. So, do u know what the consequences the cashier followed the rules?Ok, it was happened like this.

The customers b4 me ordered many pieces of spicy fiery crunch n original one but wanted neither drumstick nor wings. One that day, because of i didn't want to eat fiery crunch (it was not my taste, its taste not good enough as my appetite coz i've prefered the hot n spicy recipe b4 this) and i ordered original (i felt weird because it was abnormal 4 me to choose ori). I ordered 4 sets of Jom Jimat for my other family members including mine (I was afraid they didn't like the fiery crunch, so i've ordered all original fried chickens 4 them same as mine). So, after that what were left for me then?Only drumsticks n wings original fried chicken (too small n thin). Nothing could do n just accecpted the small pieces of drumsticks/wings unless i had 2 wait 4 about 15-20 minutes, who were willing to wait when stomach already 'disco' and we were in hurry on that time. I was so sure my family members were not really satisfied with the meals (so smaller fried chicken n one piece for each, who r hungry will know the replete)

After that, the customer after me was also didn't want drumsticks n wings. So, nothing left for him n he had to wait but he was really angry 4 the long waiting. Another cashier was really not happy about the demand and started bable (Who asked ur friend to give all pieces fried chicken besides drumsticks/wings/ to other customers b4, now who was fault? The rule of 'Customer is always right' or the customers or the cashier himself?). Do u think the cashier fully followed the rules that 'Customer is always right' at this moment? Do u think that it is fair to customers after u treated other customers just like the king n queen, just followed whatever they want.  I'm not saying that we can't fulfilled customers' demand but we have to think n consider the situation. We have 2 care the whole customers, not the some customers' demand.

The suggestion for reflection:
What i think is when the cashier knew that there is high demand for thigh/breast (other than drumsticks/wings) of fried chicken, they can't immediately just fulfilled the customer's demand. If customers want 10 pieces without drumsticks/wings, it's not fair 2 give all 10 pieces to them, what about others? For fair n square, let say give 5 pieces drumsticks/wings, others r 5 pieces, then this is simply good. Unless the customers were olny ordered 1 or 2 sets of meal then it is no doubt to give them the 'big parts' of fried chicken right? Furthermore, the cook is supposed to prepare and serve more pieces of fried chicken (other than drumstick/wing) to prevent any problems that could be happened.

It is not only happened at KFC but also at other Fast Food Restaurant besides KFC. Anyway, i'm still love to go KFC no matter what had happened.          :)
